We have a careful set of criteria for everything we handpick or the importers we work with, to ensure sustainability and ethical trading from the top to the bottom of the supply chain.

Absolutely! All our packaging is recyclable. When we hand picking some of our ingredients, we ensure we cut each plant without damaging its roots, so it can regrow in the same place where we found it.

Yes, all our products are vegan. We do not use animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax, honey or lanolin in our formulations.

Our products undergo rigorous tests for safety, stability, and efficacy, evaluated by reputable third-party entities in compliance with the UK rules. We have never tested our products or ingredients on animals and we never will.

We said it and we mean it. All our orders are free in the the UK.

We currently don't offer any shipping outside the UK.

Our orders are all sent via our Royal Mail tracked, which will take around 2-3 working days to arrive.

We also have our Next Day Delivery service available. The cut off time is 12pm and the price will be shown at checkout.

Unfortunately we don’t accept PO box numbers as we are only able to deliver to physical street addresses - whether that’s your home address, office address or your Great Aunt’s address, we’re not fussy where you want your order delivered, as long as it’s not a PO box. 

Awesome news, your Monsop soap will be on its way to you soon! We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We’ll always send you an automated email to let you know once your order is on route which will also contain the tracking information for your order.

Whist our awesome recycled packaging is still in development, we will be shipping the soap carefully wrapped in paper and in a postal packaging.

We make all our products here in one of the most vibrant cities in the UK, Margate.

Unfortunately, we don't offer samples, but we promise our products are genuinely good.
